Order Processing & Fulfillment
- Orders are processed 7 days a week, as our business operates daily.
- Please allow 1–3 business days for order processing before shipment. Processing times may be extended during peak or promotional periods.
- Once an order is placed, it cannot be modified or canceled, as processing begins immediately. For cancellation requests, please email us as soon as possible.
Free Shipping Policy
- Free standard shipping is available on orders of $100 or more (before taxes and after discounts) within the continental United States.
- Weight and size restrictions apply. Orders containing heavy, oversized, or bulk items (such as gallons, liquids, large equipment, or furniture) do not qualify for free shipping.
- If an order qualifies for free shipping but includes restricted items, additional shipping charges may apply. Customers will be notified before the order is processed.
Shipping Methods & Delivery Estimates
- We ship via USPS and UPS, with available carrier options shown at checkout.
- Shipping rates are calculated based on package weight, size, destination, and carrier rates.
- Delivery timeframes shown at checkout are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
- Orders may be shipped in multiple packages depending on product availability.
- Flammable Products Notice
Orders containing flammable items (such as monomer or acetone) will be shipped via USPS Ground (Hazmat) in compliance with shipping regulations. These shipments may require additional transit time.
Shipping Confirmation & Tracking
- A tracking email will be sent once your order ships.
- Customers are responsible for monitoring tracking and ensuring a secure delivery location.
Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
- D5 Hollywood Nail Supply is not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier.
- If a package is lost or stolen, customers must file a claim directly with the carrier (USPS or UPS).
- If an order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the damaged items and packaging.
Incorrect Address & Undeliverable Packages
- Customers are responsible for entering a complete and correct shipping address at checkout.
- Orders returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses will require the customer to pay reshipping fees.
- If an order is canceled due to address issues, a restocking fee may apply, and original shipping fees are non-refundable.
Address Verification & Order Holds
- Orders flagged as high-risk or with address discrepancies may be placed on hold for verification.
- If verification is not completed within 48 hours, the order may be canceled and refunded.
