You can return unused products except nail polish within 48 hours after item received of your purchase for a full refund. To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team with your order details. Once your return is approved, we will provide you with instructions on how to send back the item.

Exchanges
If you would like to exchange an item for a different size or product, please contact us within 48 hours after item was received of your purchase. We will assist you in processing the exchange and ensuring you receive the product you want.

Shipping costs for returns and exchanges are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to an error on our part.
